Server Rules
Short, simple, and non-negotiable. These exist so everyone can enjoy Veecraft without worrying about the usual nonsense. By playing here, you agree to all of them.
You Must Be 18+
This is the front door, and it's locked for a reason.
Veecraft is an 18+ community. All players are verified through our Discord onboarding process before they can access the server. The content here is generally safe for work, but conversations and humor are unfiltered for an adult audience. This policy exists to protect both the community and its members.
No exceptions. No "I'll be 18 next month." If you're not 18, we'll see you when you are.
Treat Everyone with Respect
This is the only rule that really matters. Everything else is a subset of this one.
Harassment, sexism, racism, homophobia, hate speech, or targeted hostility of any kind will not be tolerated — in chat, in game, in voice, or in DMs between members. You don't have to like everyone, but you do have to treat them like a human being.
Disagreements are fine. Being a jerk about it isn't.
No Griefing
If you didn't build it, don't touch it.
Do not destroy, alter, loot, or take from another player's build without their explicit permission. If something isn't clearly labeled as public or free-for-all, assume it's private property and leave it alone. This includes "just looking through chests" — curious snooping is still snooping.
When in doubt, ask. It takes five seconds and saves everyone a headache.
No Illegally Modified Clients
Play fair or don't play.
Any client that bypasses Mojang account authentication or provides client-side exploits — fly hacks, god mode, kill aura, x-ray, or anything similar — is strictly prohibited. If you're caught, your account will be banned immediately and reported to the global ban list.
Approved performance and accessibility mods (Optifine, Sodium, etc.) are fine. If you're unsure whether something is allowed, ask a staff member before you use it.
Use Common Sense
These rules don't cover every possible scenario, and they shouldn't have to.
If something feels like it would ruin someone else's experience, don't do it. If you wouldn't want it done to you, don't do it to someone else. Be smart, vibe with everyone, and have a good time.
Staff reserves the right to take action on behavior that falls outside these rules but clearly violates the spirit of the community. "But it wasn't technically in the rules" has never been a winning argument here.

That's it. Five rules. Follow them and you'll never have a problem.
If you see someone breaking these rules, don't engage — report it to a staff member or ping @purejosh in Discord. We handle it from there.
